These day there are Lots of mounts on the market. Different setting, looks and fits different bikes and it is all confusing with all the small parts that you need to order and which fits on what and how. At least it's confusing for us small brainers. So we decided to make it easy and offer it as a package where you only need to fit it in one time. From experience Ram mount basic staff like the 1" ball and arms are the best of those. No worries we are not the importer or a large distributors we just simply sell them.
The reason for that is simple, it is very versatile in terms of its mounting ability. You can change the location at any time to suit you, use different bikes, different bar size, and adjust up and down, sideways all you want. And given that it is not bike specific, you can use them with your Africa Twin today and use them with your CBR tomorrow. The only down side of Ram mounts for me is the base of the GPS where you need to buy one for the model of your GPS.
