The new BMW R 1200 GS Adventure LC 2017–18 with its active suspension “Dynamic ESA” is nearly the perfect motorcycle. The suspension is configured extremely comfortable, however in some cases it lacks a bit of fine tuning (“feedback-adjustment”). Additionally the R 1200 GS (Adventure) has a seating height of 870 mm (Adventure: 890 mm) and therewith is quite tall and not suitable for every rider. Wilbers found the perfect solution with the new “WESA Dynamic Feedback” and next to the standard height offers lowering solutions of 35 mm or even 70 mm (Adventure: 35 mm, 55 mm, 80 mm). Furthermore it is equipped with a special feedback-adjustment with which – next to the known electronic adjustment – you can modify the feedback of the suspension individually. In the last step the shock absorbers are individually produced, by concerning the rider´s weight, the luggage and the intended purpose.

Note:
To get a linkage to the Dynamic ESA-System you have to send in your original shock absorber. The costs are 99€. If you want a lowering, you have to pick the front shock absorber as well as the rear shock absorber.

When ordering Wilbers you need to send the questionnaire below with your order. The questionnaire will basically determine what type of shock you exactly need for you and your bike and include questions such as your riding style, weight, how you are using the bike or intend to use the bike, and so on.

• WILBERS shocks are specially manufactured to your requirements and therefore CANNOT BE RETURNED
• Expect around 3 weeks from the day the of order to delivery
• Please note height issues: if you choose to lower your bike you may have to lower your stand and possibly your center stand. Raising the ride height could cause an issue with the tires contacting the ground when on the center stand.
