Husqvarna 701 Enduro SUB Mount / Mount Kit Only / rubber type / using stock triple clamps (rubber mounted sub mount)

The kit includes everything except the stabilizer. This application requires the damper to be fitted with a -5mm stepped open link arm. The link arm and puller to remove existing arm are included in this kit. By utilizing specially designed Poly-Urethane bushings we can offer a vibration dampening handlebar mount that will prevent arm pump and dramatically reduce rider fatigue. MED and SOFT bushings are provided. The frame bracket mounts around the stock ignition switch and blends in nicely with the Stock frame. All pieces are engineered for a clean fit. Slight trimming of plastic shroud covering key area is required. The sub mount raises the bars 15mm, normally more desirable on this bike, but retains them in the same front to rear position as the stock #1 position. “SUB” mount stands for Stabilizer Under Bars, originally designed for raising the bars. These kits are designed for use with Oversize bars. “Bar reducers” are available as an option, to convert the kit to standard diameter bars, should that be desired. This concept allows more room for other equipment such as, Global Positioning Systems(GPS) or Enduro/Rally computers and yet still retain the quick access for adjusting the stabilizer. This is also good for the taller rider who wants his bars a little higher, as it raises the bar location approximately 11-25mm, depending on the model of bike. In some cases, you might consider a lower bend handlebar bend at the same time, unless you are trying to achieve a higher bar height along with your stabilizer installation.
