Yes, the bike is great, fast with lots of power and options and yes it also looks good not like the old ones 🙂 but still. There is some problems of course some of which is tank capacity. The new Africa Twin has 18.8 Liter of fuel vs. 23 liter for the older models. Going touring as you should do if you drive that sort of multiroad bikes or for a longer adventure you would need extra fuel.
